Thank you for your support over our time at Bouchon, but we are now closed.

Travis will be continuing his French cuisine when he joins the team at Balgownie Estate vineyard Bendigo starting April 2017. We hope you can join him in the beautiful new setting in Maiden Gully.

Lamb, Lamb, Lamb

This week is the 'Festival of Lamb', part of The Bendigo Sheep and Wool Show. In recognition Bouchon will be highlighting locally produced Lyndale Park Organic Texel Lamb as an Assiette for two people to share, utilising the whole animal from nose to tail. 

We also have other specials available showcasing the versatility of lamb:

Crumbed lambs brains with sauce gribiche and petit salad  

Sautéed sweetbreads with shallot and broadbeans jus gras

Braised shoulder wrapped in Brik pastry with flageolet beans, peppers and lamb jus
