Travis will be continuing his French cuisine when he joins the team at Balgownie Estate vineyard Bendigo starting April 2017. We hope you can join him in the beautiful new setting in Maiden Gully.

Charcuterie for your Christmas table

We have been busy preparing our popular charcuterie items for you to enjoy with your family and friends over the Christmas period. Choose from 250g Pork Rillette, 400g Jambon Persille (ham hock and parsley terrine), sliced Istra salami or sliced smoked Wagyu. They can be purchased individually or we can organise platters for you.
