Thank you for your support over our time at Bouchon, but we are now closed.

Travis will be continuing his French cuisine when he joins the team at Balgownie Estate vineyard Bendigo starting April 2017. We hope you can join him in the beautiful new setting in Maiden Gully.

Cooking Classes, Overview

A unique way to enjoy a Sunday Lunch. Join Bouchon Head Chef Travis Rodwell as he prepares a three course lunch in front of you, while sampling homemade charcuterie and local wine. After picking up some tips and tricks for preparing the dishes at home, sit down and enjoy the meal with your new friends.

• Entrée, main meal and dessert with suitably matched wines

• Cooking instructions for creating the supplied entree, main meal and dessert

• Shown basic techniques as well traditional French methods to create restaurant quality dishes in a house hold situation

A booklet going over the recipes and techniques shown on the dsy to ensure your own success upon cooking the meals in your own home.
