Thank you for your support over our time at Bouchon, but we are now closed.

Travis will be continuing his French cuisine when he joins the team at Balgownie Estate vineyard Bendigo starting April 2017. We hope you can join him in the beautiful new setting in Maiden Gully.

Bouchon's New Menu

The cold weather is well and truly upon us. What better way to warm up and pass the cold months than by enjoying our hearty winter menu by the open fire! Featuring Cauliflower velouté, chargrilled Merguez, Cassoulet, Barramundi Basquaise, Bouguignon and local Wagyu steaks. Complement this with a new wine list with more of a focus on regional reds and Bouchon is the place to be this winter.
