Travis will be continuing his French cuisine when he joins the team at Balgownie Estate vineyard Bendigo starting April 2017. We hope you can join him in the beautiful new setting in Maiden Gully.

French onion soup with Gruyere croutons

Duck neck sausage, du puy lentils, petit herbs
